The Knights Templar Educational Foundation has instituted a scholarship program providing grants up to $5,000.00 per year. These scholarships are for students accepted or enrolled in a program leading to an associate, bachelor's, master's, doctoral, professional degree, or certified technical or vocational programs. The Knights Templar Educational Foundation Committee considers all applications for scholarships without regard to age, race, religion, national origin, gender, or Masonic ties and affiliations. These scholarships are not "grants in aid" but are open to all students regardless of their financial circumstances. Scholarships are made for one academic year, and recipients are eligible for no more than two awards.
Students must have maintained a "B" average (3.0 or better) for the year prior to applying for the scholarship.
Applications will not be considered unless all documents are received by the deadline. Transcripts must be sent directly from the academic institution, and letters of reference must be sent directly by the submitter, not the applicant.
If you have questions or want to check on the status of your application documents, send them to the Chairman, J. Bradley Thomas, at jbtcs@verizon.net
